Description

The Trimming Set consists of the Mobile Battery Powered, 20 volt, Hoof Boss. (Battery and charger are not included) The Set includes the 4-tooth Cdisc and Red Coarse Grit Dome Disc.

The trimming tool with its ergonomically designed shape, size, weight, speed and torque, improves your efficiency while reducing discomfort, fatigue, and risk of injury. The Cdisc duplicates the actions of a manual hoof knife and limits the need for nippers. The Red Coarse Grit Dome Disc is used like a traditional rasp to smooth and finish the hoof after trimming. The Hoof Boss has a powerful motor that provides a safe, fast and smooth trimming experience.

Handy little tool

This item is great for that little foundered horse who’s hooves a curlin up takes that hard to cut hoof wall and makes it easier to manage with a little practice you can shape the hoof nicely. Wish I would have bought it sooner

Easy to handle.

Easy one hand operation. Good power. Not too noisy, about like a battery powered drill. We used a drill just for noise first to get the horses used to it. Made for a quick trim on otherwise difficult work for a novice.
